The Norwegian Build Up Skills consortium bring together consist of public authorities in the areas of constrution policies and energy policies, and organizations within the Norwegian construction industry. The activities in the consortium will be organized by the Low-Energy program, which is an established national co-operation program between public authorities and the construction industry to increase the competence on energy efficient building and use of renewable energy in buildings. The Federation of Norwegian Construction Industries hosts the Low-Energy program. The partners in Build Up Skills Norway are:

• The Low-Energy Program (Project manager)
• The Federation of Norwegian Construction Industries
• Enova SF
• The Norwegian Association on Building Constructors
• The Norwegian Association of Building Contractors
• The Norwegian Association of Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation Contractors
• The Norwegian Association of Masons and Bricklayers

The board of the Low-Energy program is also the steering group for Build Up Skills Norway. The board constits of the Norwegian Building Authorities, Enova, the Federation of Norwegian Construction Industries, the Norwegian State Housing Bank, the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate, Statsbygg and the Association of Consulting Architect Companies in Norway.

There is also established an open reference group, which is invited to follow the Build Up Skills project throughout the project periode and give input to the work in the consortium. The reference group involve public stakeholders such as VOX, the Norwegian Agency for Life-Long learning and the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training. Other stakeholders involved in the reference group are the Norwegian United Federation of Trade Unions, the Federation of Norwegian Commersial and Service Entreprises, Norwegian Technology, the Association of Consulting Engineers, the Norwegian Association for the Ventilation and Tinsmith Industry, the Norwegian Association for Roofers, the Norwegian Green Building Allience, SINTEF Building and Infrastructure, as well as several organizations for suppliers of EE and RES equipment/products, etc.

There has been developed a brief report on the Organization of Build Up Skills Norway. The report is currently being translated to English and will be publised by february 2012.
