The presentation gives an brief introduction to the background, objectives, expected results and organization of Build Up Skills in Norway. In addition contact information to the Norwegian co-ordinator and project manager can be found here.

Fact sheet on Build Up Skills Norway

The fact sheet provides a brief summary of Build Up Skills Norway, as well as a short describtion of expected results. The fact sheet will be updated regulary in the project period, with lessons learnt from the project.

Status Quo Analysis (expected to be published in july 2012)

The Status Quo Analysis will describe current measures to promote energy efficient buiding and use of renewable energy, as well as the system for education and life long learning in the construction industry. Further, the analysis will describe necessary skills for blue-collar workers to deliver nearly-zero energy buildings ad renovations with a high energy performance. Finally, possible barrieres to increasing competance within the industry will be identified.

National roadmap towards 2020 (expected to be published in december 2013)

The roadmap will desribe actions and measures, which will secure a highly skilled construction workforce on energy efficient building and use of renewable energy. The actions shall promote smart, sustainable and inclusive growth in the construction industry. The roadmap will be based on the results from the Status Quo Analysis.

Endorsement report (expected to be published in july 2013)

The endorsement report will describe how the proposed actions can be implemented. The report will include information on necessary resoures, responsibilities and roles in the implementation.
